Abu Huraira High School Adda Gurmani is a prestigious boys’ madrasa registered with Wafaqul Madaris, an esteemed body governing Islamic education institutions. Founded with the mission to provide quality education in a nurturing Islamic environment, the school has been a beacon of learning and moral development for young boys in the region.

Support and Contributions:

Since 2019, the Gurmani Foundation has played a pivotal role in the development and sustainability of Abu Huraira High School. The foundation has consistently provided financial support to cover teachers’ salaries, ensuring that the school attracts and retains qualified and dedicated educators. Additionally, the foundation supplies essential resources, including furniture, stationery, books, and school bags, creating a conducive learning environment for the students.

Seasonal Provisions:

Understanding the importance of student welfare, the Gurmani Foundation has implemented a program to provide students with seasonal clothing. Every winter, students receive jackets to protect them from the cold, and in the summer, they are provided with uniforms. This initiative ensures that all students, regardless of their economic background, have the necessary clothing to attend school comfortably and confidently.

The current student population at Abu Huraira High School stands at 340 boys, ranging from nursery to 10th grade. The school offers a comprehensive curriculum that combines traditional Islamic studies with contemporary subjects, preparing students for both religious and secular success. The madrasa places a strong emphasis on moral and ethical education, aiming to cultivate well-rounded individuals who can contribute positively to society.

Faculty:

The school employs 14 dedicated teachers who are committed to providing high-quality education and mentorship. Since the Gurmani Foundation’s involvement in 2019, approximately 75 students have successfully completed their matriculation from Abu Huraira High School. These graduates have gone on to pursue further education and various career paths, contributing to the community and beyond. Notably, 15 graduates are currently enrolled in intermediate-level FSC studies at our science college, exemplifying the strong academic foundation provided by the madrasa.

The madrasa aims to empower young girls with knowledge and values, fostering their intellectual and spiritual growth. Initially offering classes from nursery to 3rd grade, the madrasa has expanded its reach due to increasing demand and support.
