



About MAG VTI
In the region Thatta Gurmani, the Gurmani Foundation is operating two Vocational Technical Training Institutes (VTTI-Male ) for boys and the other (VTTI-Female) for girls dedicated to providing technical education free of cost. These institutes are instrumental in equipping students with practical skills and knowledge tailored to their interests and career aspirations. The programs offered at each campus are diverse and aim to empower students with valuable skills relevant to various industries. At the male campus, currently offering the programs / certification in Computer Application, Electrician, Welding workshop and Motorbike Mechanic. Meanwhile, the female campus offers programs / certification in Computer Application, Beautician, and Tailoring / Fashion Designing. In addition to above programs, Foundation is introducing two new programs, Solar Technician – in male campus and Embroidery Section in female campus. The foundation’s commitment lies in fostering self-reliance among the youth and contributing to the development of a skilled workforce. By offering these programs free of charge, the Gurmani Foundation is breaking down financial barriers and providing equal opportunities for disadvantaged youth to access technical education from here. Through these initiatives, the foundation not only empowers individuals but also plays a significant role in the economic and social development of the community to standup to earn their means. By nurturing talent and providing practical / technical skills, the Gurmani Foundation is paving the way for a brighter future for the region.

MAG-VTTI stands as a state-of-the-art vocational technical training institute, embodying modernity and innovation. The facility comprises five well-equipped classrooms, fostering an optimal learning environment. Additionally, six specialized workshops provide hands-on experience, ensuring practical skill development. A dedicated computer lab facilitates technological proficiency, while a comprehensive library offers a diverse range of educational resources. This integrated infrastructure at MAG-VTTI is designed to provide students with a holistic and dynamic learning experience, aligning with contemporary industry standards.


The building facilities of the Vocational Institute are designed to provide our beneficiary students with a modern, welcoming, and supportive learning environment that prepares them for the workforce. The facilities are well-equipped, and include the latest technology and equipment relevant to each field of study. We believe each student should have access to the best tools possible, especially with the shortage of training opportunities and technical and vocational schools in Pakistan.

Institute impact the area
Thatta Gurmani is one of the underprivileged areas of South Punjab, deprived of awareness, education, resources and job opportunities. By providing training in practical skills, it can equip local youth with the tools they need to secure skilled jobs, thereby addressing the issue of unemployment in these areas and boosting the local economy. The institute can also help raise awareness about the importance of education and technical training, contributing to overall social and economic improvements in the area. My name is Muhammad Saleem, resident of Thatta Garmani, Bet Isaan and I was learning motorcycle work for two years at a shop in Sanawan. Even after two years I was not able to open my shop, then through advertisement I came to know about motorcycle course at Mushtaq Ahmad Gurmani Vocational Training Center, Thatta Gurmani, after getting more information I decided to enroll here. After completing a six-month course from here, he became proficient in motorcycle work. After which I am doing my business by opening a motorcycle repairing shop in Sanwan city.

Ayesha Khan, from a small village, transformed her dream of becoming a beautician into reality through the Beautician Course at MAG VTI Female. The comprehensive curriculum and state-of-the-art facilities equipped her with essential skills and confidence. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, she mastered advanced techniques and customer service. Today, Ayesha runs a successful beauty salon in her community, inspiring others to pursue their dreams. Her success contributes positively to the economic development of her village.

My name is Muhammad Akram, from Sinawan. After completing my F.Sc., I could not continue my studies due to challenging family circumstances. Learning about admissions at MAG VTI, Thatta Gurmani, I applied for the Welder Trade course. After completing the diploma, I discovered a job vacancy at Fatima Energy Power Plant. I applied, passed the test, and secured a position in the mechanical workshop, enabling me to independently support my family.
